The Registration fees are per swimmer. Your swimmers registration includes a swimmers t-shirt, swim cap, pancake breakfast costs, end of season awards, season ribbons, AND your family donation for Water/Soda/Gatorade. This applies to both Waves and Lil' Waves swimmers.

• Non-Wellington families - there are additional fees. See below.
• Lil' Waves families - DO NOT complete registration. Please complete pre-registration here.

Fees for 2026 are:

• $125 for the first child + $10 family drink donation
• $120 for the second
• $110 for the 3rd
• $100 for the fourth

There is a ONE TIME FAMILY DONATION of $10 for the team to purchase water/Gatorade/soda to sell during home concessions.

The family maximum until May 26th is $460 +$10 family drink donation. Starting May 27th until registration closes on Friday, June 12th, prices will increase by 20%. If you register after May 27th, we cannot guarantee your swimmers name will be included on the team t-shirt.

NON Wellington Families: In addition to swim team fees, families that are not members of the HOA will need to join the Wellington HOA pool.

The Waves Board has partnered and worked very closely with the Wellington HOA. In hopes to meet all the needs of our outside Wellington community family, we have two options and pricing which include (this only applies to families OUTSIDE of Wellington Estates):

• JOIN THE WELLINGTON POOL FOR FULL ACCESS - at $350/family, this gives you and your family full access to come to the pool at anytime during open pool season; You will receive access to enter the pool with instructions on how to access Wellington's pool. This is the only option to join the Wellington Pool and have access to the pool outside of swim team
• ONLY JOIN SWIM TEAM - at $50/swimmer, you will only be permitted to access the pool during practice times and meets

For our outside of the community families, you will register through the Waves and pay both swim team fees and pool fees (either $350/family or $50/swimmer) through Waves. If you register for Family Access, your contact information will be shared with the HOA and you will receive more information on how to access the pool. If you register Per Swimmer, no further action needed, other than to pay. You should click Family or Single Swimmer at time of registration. It will be added to the payment section of registration.
